Refund policy

This policy explains what to do if something is wrong with your order, and how to return a print.

Damaged or faulty prints

If your print arrives damaged, misprinted or faulty, email us at getthisposter@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We will send you a free replacement. You do not need to send the damaged item back.

Lost orders

If your tracking shows no progress or your order has not arrived, contact us and we will look into it with the carrier. If the parcel is lost, we will send a free replacement.

Right of withdrawal (14 days)

If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period ends 14 days after the day you receive your order.

To withdraw, send us a clear statement by email to getthisposter@gmail.com with your order number. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but you don't have to.

You must send the print back to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after telling us you are withdrawing. We will email you the return address. You pay the direct cost of returning the print. Please return it unused, in its frame and original packaging. You are only liable for any loss in value resulting from handling the print beyond what is necessary to check it.

We will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We may withhold the refund until we have received the print back or you have supplied proof of having sent it, whichever is earlier. The refund is made using the same payment method you used for the original purchase.
